Good to have an Australian cruise channel, being an Australian myself. Loved your video very informative. I just don't like the clock in the left hand corner. All the best.
Thanks for the feedback. This was one of our first videos. Haven't quite it the 12 mo the mark with posting our cruise content so it is slowly adapting. We have had mixed feedback on the clock, some like how it shows how long it takes on your first day. Others not so much. Haven't done it since this one and it doesn't appear to be missed though.
thankyou for this deb and matt I'm going on this ship in 2 weeks for my brothers surprise 30th, out off all the videos i have watched on this ship none have shown the cruise terminal and the embarkation setup for the first day and the key setup that we have all booked for, thankyou for this, so informative.
Hi Ash, We always recommend travel insurance. It's important to remember that travel insurance doesn't just cover you while you are on your cruise, but also protects your outlay before you cruise. If the worst happened and you were involved in some sort of accident before you cruise, the travel insurance will often cover cancellations etc. Obviously each policy is different, but we never leave home without it. It is also important to remember that Medicare (If Australian)does not cover any costs onboard, nor does private health insurance and if something did happen you would want to be protected financially.
Hey there. No we have a P&O Pacific Encounter cruise coming up in March. But we also have a couple of Royal cruises booked (one of which will be a Transpacific cruise) and hoping to squeeze in a Carnival one too before years end. Still have a stack of videos from our Quantum Christmas cruise we are slowly editing together though and we just posted a video of the Family Suite on Pacific Encounter a few days ago from a previous cruise.

Hi Bailey. We love Quantum and our family does too. We will be back on #QoS in a few weeks as well. There are so many different activities on board and the shore excursions are well organised. The food is also amazing.
@chrissymasters4987 There were so many activities. Our Mr 11 absolutely had a ball, but also missed out on a lot because rhe minimum age for some activities is 12 for teenagers. We think your boys will have an amazing time. We have a full video coming up in the next couple of weeks that will dive in to the seaplex in more details but it is amazing for teens.
I can definitely see where you're coming from. It would make things much simpler for everyone involved if prices were in Australian dollars while sailing out of Australia! With that said, you do pay in Aussie dollars for anything purchased before hand through the app or the website. eg activities, dining packages, drinks packages, shore tours etc. Its only when onboard purchases are made that passengers are charged in USD. Even if they did charge in AUD the price wouldn't change because they would adjust for the exchange rate. And this isn't uncommon. Many cruise lines charge in USD that visit Australia it really is only P&O/Carnival/Princess that offer the AUD option and for Princess it isn't all sailings.

RCA is a rip off should be in Australian dollars while sailing out of Australia
