I'd really love to see kdramas with such intense plot that features a mlm couple you know, coz most of the time bl dramas are way too focused on the "bl" part, that there's rarely any semblance of plot whatsoever.

Now i realise the producers were constantly hinting at 'something' but never really going ThERE😂 Kim Gaon/Jinyoung's cute face makes one want to annoy him/aggravate him more to see how he reacts. I never noticed this idol actor before...looks damn good even in simple attire😍 One does not casually watch this drama, but one is "sucked" into it by the powerful, emotional acting of these two hot guys. Truly an epic pairing with awesome chemistry. Despite a love interest from the opposite sex, all the long stares & intensity were just between them! 🔥🔥🔥Well done to Jisung and Jinyoung of Got7!
JiSung & JinYoung looks like the perfect BL couple, love the pairing more than JiSung & Park Seo Joon CP. Both visually pleasing, one God in Acting and one Talented Singer/Dancer. Pure PERFECTION!!
Im pretty sure the writers, producers, and actors themselves know that this drama is basically a censored BL. You forget Korea is a very conservative country that has banned MVs(I saw somewhere that a winner MV was banned from playing in public because of Homoerotic connotations) and shows from appearing mainstream if they have BL as the main of the show. That being said, the show obviously portrays them as having sexual and romantic attraction to one another. I mean seriously, the amount of times Yohan just touches Gaon for the heck of it, the way he loves to tease him. Not to mention the fact that their relationship has no actual label on the show. Even though you would call them bros or allies, Gaon never uses Banmal(comfortable way of talking in Korean) on Yohan. His words are always in a respectful manner. So us bl lovers actually win this time

Kang yohan lost his only loved brother and suddenly he sees a face that look exactly like his brother and even ga-on actions reflect like his older brother. Yohan is in awe with ga-on coz he feel his brother is close to him. Ga-on is trying to understand yohan if he is devil or just a human in pain. Thats why both have tension between them. I don't think Gaon really had romantic feelings towards soohyun. If so, he could have confessed earlier. But why did he do that after leaving the mansion? Cuz he was afraid of losing her. And yes soohyun is gaon's world. Cuz she was the only person he had along with professor min. But soohyun was there for a long time and that's true when he said that soohyun is his world. But y'all can't deny that Yohan and Elijah are also his world. Everyone can see it. If you can't see it, you haven't watched the drama with your eyes open.

Even the writers said the drama was supposed to be a bl drama because thr novel itself was actually bl but because its a korean country they cant act it as outright full bl but there is clearly a lowkey romance sexual tension and strong chemistry btw the 2 character male leads. They said it in one interview like that few yrs ago.

Yes, korea have plenty of Bls. But I don't think people there still accept the community or anything related to that. Plus Ji Sung & Jinyoung are very famous artists. Maybe that was a reason too. Cuz them acting together in a bl can be a very conservative topic..(I mean it was already a bl but without romantic scenes) and I also think the two actors were aware of the genre of this. He does love sohyon, but the emotions he has for Yohan is beyond gay or not, he just falls for Yohan as a human and attracted by him. And yes - it’s mainstream Korea TV, it’s big actors, Korea was certainly not ready for a true BL genre like this on broadcast stations yet. But writer certainly wasn’t thinking of gender when he wrote Yohan and Gaon. He simply display two human beings slowly falling for each other but his webtoon after the drama is 100% BL lol
