To think that Touma is finally meets the best girl in Railgun series, I'd say he's not unfortunate at all in this particular case. He's very lucky to be able to meet the best girl known as Saten Ruiko.
For me , Touma is the best mc. Level 0 or 5 doesn't matter. He has the potential to deal with any problems. He is a very responsible guy too. I want season 4.....👍🏻

I was rewatching the whole thing so far. Some stuff doesn't add up since she would know Touma to a very, VERY, small extent but not know why. Unless some arcs are out of order. (This might be the case.)
