    Just started swimming in the sea in Dublin Ireland and let's say its so cold but its crazy the feeling you get I understand a little better

    Wonderful to see this movement of humans connecting to nature. I started Wim Hoffman method 8 weeks ago, last week I took the plunge to get straight into the sea. I’m 61, since doing this method, I’ve noticed my hair and skin healthier, my mood, my depression, my energy and motivation is like nothing before. The sea water has amazing healing benefits, I’ve just started up a small group to get local people to meet up together once a week to just go for it, own that ocean, it’s there to heal. My mother as a child was often told to go to the beach by her mother if she didn’t feel well, just breathing in the air is great! We’ve lost this due to big corporations and money. I’m so happy to see so many younger people understanding what my grandmother already knew. ❤️🌊🙌🚿🙏🏊‍♀️

    Maybe also it's the minerals from seawater that we have to have as there are none in our foods.

      That only happens when you panic if you learn to be calm you will be fine

      Build up very slowly, starting with a few seconds in the cold shower, and build up slowly over the days, weeks months and your body becomes accustomed to dealing with the cold
