In this video I show you an idea on how to make an expandable fishing net, using your old fishing rods and attaching a hoop at the end to apply your fishing net. Quite simple and easy construction, you don't realy need too much tools or parts to make it. I actually used duct tape.
In the second part I show how to fish using hooks with integrated weights.
I'm fishing for small fish in the shallow waters of a port. The technique I show you is pretty self explanatory. You can use the fishing line with your bare hands or with your fishing rod. Both options have the same results.
I fish for Gobys, sea breams and gilthead breams, fish you can usualy find in shallow waters where the fishing boats are. The tricky one of all is the sea bream which can actualy eat up the bait, without swallowing the hook, so you may have to check your hook many times, to see if the bait is still there. It's a very cunning fish and quite capable, and patience is advised.
Fishing is a very nice and satisfying hobby, that's why I totaly recomend it. You only need to learn a few things about fish and how to tell them appart, in order to distinguish between edible and non edible fish. The internet is a good saurce of information, so do your homework and happy fishing.
