“Listen…..Enforcer….you’re categorized as a “pusher” but…I think shooting someone point blank in the chest with a shotgun counts as more than just a “push”
Considering I just saw Shoyuu use him to bully all but three event enemies for Firewatch to nuke them, he's possibly a fun choice for stall and nuke players.
Enforcer can push enemies to the direction he desires with his S2. That alone is a very valuable trait because awkward pitfalls aren't a problem anymore.
I like him so far. He's a pusher that is useful when pushers wouldn't normally be useful. Being able to stun a group of enemies on command seems to be rarity as well. The only other ops I can think of at the moment are Ash and Red, although I'm sure there are more.
I think the reason why Enforcer has an armor piercing talent is to match up with Executor's talent, implying that all Notarial executors come with armor piercing. As for gameplay, it means Enforcer effectively has 220 more attack against enemies with armor. This means that a fully leveled Enforcer will take down a butcher in ~14 attacks, compared to FEater who will need ~20 (assuming no skill usage). It's not very significant because the sort of enemies that have both 3+ weight and 220+ armor also tend to have too much HP for Enforcer to chew through himself. It does mean that Enforcer isn't totally dead weight against heavy enemies, but 873 damage isn't much compared to someone like Blaze or Thorns who both deal 1600+ damage on their constant skills
Simply because he can do things no other OP can do, like push in whatever direction he's facing rather than just away, is reason enough to build him. He also synergizes really well with other stun operators like Blitz, Ash, W, etc. that open up fun options in gameplay. The W module upgrade will make stunned enemies in her range take +24-27% phys dmg.

depends on your strat, is s2 will be useful in cc#10 and chapter 10 cause you can push the tentacle thing who can increase block count to your defender or fast redeploy
Way too late, but some operators like Enforcer are available by completing some of their event stages. His event is not currently available, so Enforcer is also not available right now. Instead, in the current event Stultifera Navis, 6 star operator Lumen will be available after completing the event stage SN-4 and a bit of exploring after that. Also, just ignore the bot just in case.

Depends on what type of synergizes you want to do ; using Pushers only for stages with holes are one thing, using them with specific Ops that benefit from SP charging like Liskram or just to clumping multiple enemies, letting AoE oriented Ops to finish them off are also a possibility.

while he isn't a priority to built, he is definitely a worthwhile unit to do. sure he isn't Weedy, but his 2nd skill is way too flexible to be ignored

tldr:exec is the only pusher who can push in the attack direction instead of the enemy direction, if you find a use for this - go for it

It can prove useful for certain enemies such as the Sarkaz Flagbearer. You can push enemies like that around with him without triggering them
Blocker that does 0 damage is useful for some scenario. He fulfill the niche where 1 damage is too much.
