This conversation was awesome and very educative of all the lessons noted down I have learnt that every place you were is an opportunity for you to learn and is preparing you for the greater purpose ahead
mjengo ni chafu lakini end product ni safi...tunahitaji madreamer kadhaa ka butita hii kenya...anyway nimechora notes nangoja next class...meanwhile ni kuzidi kujituma
Hello Director Phil. Thank you so much for these awesome conversations. Big Fan. Great content. I literally spend my day on this channel manze and i learn something new daily
I’m lost for words to describe my admiration for Eddie Butita. I love using analogies to express the extent and intent of something, but all the analogies that come to mind cannot equate, or even in the slightest illustrate, a glimpse of how deep my admiration for what he does, the moves he makes, the words he utters, or even how he thinks, analyzes, and approaches the industry. I’m proud of what Eddie Butita does. No, not proud, that word doesn’t suffice. I’m honored to exist in this day and age where I get to witness firsthand, the transformation he’s bringing to the industry, getting to experience and cheer on as he brings to life the unimaginable.
We want him back! Soo much insight, I've learnt you need a bigger vision and everything you do should be feeding that vision, you need to delegate, you need strategies and always do that research!! Soo much insight, i love these episodes
Butita is always fascinating to listen to. The articulation of his vision on business building and life lessons are things to marvel at. Very inspiring to our generation and good work on the channel Phil.
I know hii conversation ni moto but am here to BIG UP THE SETUP...n team behind the cameras... camera, lights sound graphics editing and the entire production 🎉

@Eddiebutita good job, endelea kujituma God will make your goals and dreams of the comedy industry come try, and congrats on @spmbuzz and your other jobs. @PhilDirector good job on this platform the learning is massive and incredible, once again good job.
Hiyo shida ya sauti ilikuwa ni sauti inasikika lakini mwenye sauti haonekani. Najua mtasema ni Abel anatext na Account ya Bi Mkuru but I swear si mimi. Ni wife wangu.
This is just my opinion. When you say Kenyans don’t support their own,.. who is it then that supports you. What I think happens is.., Kenyan creatives are great but they focus more on who is NOT supporting them than those who really are? Also keep in mind it’s a human thing to criticize whether positive or negative so May be we should focus more on those who supports us than that one ☝🏽 person who doesn’t.
If you keenly watched the entire conversation, then you would agree that we covered both positive and negative critism in depth, talked about support and lack of support. You Judged quickly, that is exaclty what we are talking about, getting to understand the context before coming to a conclusion.
@@EddieButita I agree.., but I still feel like they get a lot of attention for negatively criticizing which really powers those guys and makes them go hard the next time. Btw don’t get me wrong I loved the whole episode and there was alot to learn too so keep on keeping on men!
@Butita is so right to be a vision carrier /owner CEO can drain you emotionally and also stretch you execution capabilities , it's critical to on board the right people onto the team that are capable to fit in roles and you can delegate to in executing the vision through delegation … Kuna a very good course Strathmore for Owner/CEO's it can be very useful
Next time Butita should come atuambie how he created structures from scratch, and the people he realized he needed later on as part of the engine, ukiacha accountant and the business development person. And what he learned along the way as he was creating his team.
It’s the editor you are interacting with when the video gets on UA-cam 1. Phill’s interaction is part of the video. So the shift of camera is part of the art 2. Sometimes the editor removes clips that are not favorable , so cuts. Become necessary 3 There is a reason why we have secondary camera The editorial team edits The camera crew shoots
Kenyans support their artists nivile industry structures and regulations do not make it easy to monetize but now that we have online plartforms , if you make good content /music/production , we vote with our pockets .... but like you have noted , it's the negative ones that are vocal ... But if 250k Kenyans have watched TT on the various platforms , then stick to the initial point that you have improved over time and resonated with a mass market ... That mass market are Kenyans supporting you ... Au sio ? 😄
Let's next time discuss AI coz, a machine that will be doing human work and it's faster than humans, so where will human resources go for right in Africa we are high unemployment and then you bring a machine that will do even the jobs that we hope to get in the future, technology is good but with humans in control but imagine what Elon Musk has developed Quantum AI, is a bit scary to say the least, shine a light on that in the next discussion?
Phil you need someone to interview you on the same topic. We also need to learn from you.
This conversation was awesome and very educative of all the lessons noted down I have learnt that every place you were is an opportunity for you to learn and is preparing you for the greater purpose ahead

Camera man is focusing too much on phill rather than the guest.... Unakuta ata guest anabonga na bado frame iko kwa phill... Bro work on that na edits
Maybe ako kwa simu huyu guest anapigiwa na prezo
Camera ni mbili;
1. One on Phil
2. One on Butita
Blame editor si camera crew
Pole sana madam director hatutarudia😅😅
