What is ASMR you ask?
ASMR stands for "Autonomous Sensory Meridian Response". It is the tingling sensation that usually starts around your scalp and is followed by spreading to your back and limbs. It is largely used to help relax and sleep.

lastly, a brownie recipe 🍭🍪
2 cups white sugar
1 ½ cups all-purpose flour
1 cup butter, melted
4 eggs
½ cup cocoa powder
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
½ teaspoon baking powder
½ teaspoon salt
½ cup walnut halves
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease a 9x13-inch pan.
Mix sugar, flour, melted butter, eggs, cocoa powder, vanilla, baking powder, and salt in a large bowl until combined. Spread the batter into the prepared pan. Decorate with walnut halves.
Bake in the preheated oven until top is dry and edges have started to pull away from the sides of the pan, about 20 to 30 minutes; cool before slicing into squares.

Whilst on the topic of shoes I was just wondering Matty if you have any recommendations on outdoor comfort shoes.
My size is EU 39 (8.5 - 9 US/Canada). I work outdoors 7 hours a day as a carousel operator and it can really get uncomfortable after a few hours so I was just wondering if you or anyone else have any suggestions.

Most Nike air max shoes are very comfortable (I’d recommend the 270) and would be a good choice, but if you have enough money (probably $250-300+) the Adidas Yeezy 350 v2 is one of the most comfortable shoes ever made. I’m not sure about a lot of Adidas shoes, but I’ve heard a lot of good things about their shoes with boost foam.
