I'm building a dart shp block with billet main caps 427W build with Molnar forged crank, Molnar forged rods and weisco pistons build etc with 240cc tfs hi ports, 11.2:1 compression on pump gas. Holley Terminator X efi etc. Tko600 with a McLeod twin disc. I hope it runs good like yours
It loved it. I actually put a 250 shot to it the very last time I ran and even though the first 60 or so seen no improvement when I went to pull 3rd on a 32 degree track she got squirrely almost hitting the wall till I let off to save it and coasted across the line to a 9.78@110mph. I think because she was coming on like a freight train mid track that would of been a pass to remember. That run was against my son, he red lighted and ran a 9.80@130 or so. The new setup is in the page header, still putting it together and hopefully we can go 8's.
Hey do you remember what Cylinder heads, Cam, Intake you were running in that Mustang. What nitrous shot did you use 150 or 200? What compression ratio?
I guess you figured it out because you edited the comment. It went a best of 9.43@141 mph on a 200 shot and 112 fuel. Only 2800 rpm launch and 9.4 comp. Was meant to be a on/off car when built. It did consistent 9.4's at three different tracks, elevations. It'll do ten's on engine alone.
@@Time_to_Race yeah i asked the all motor question a little to quick. Car haulin ass for sure. I have ford racing boss block 427 with afr205cc heads and a tko600. So far my best pass was 11.07 at 127mph. Im sure i would do alot better with a C4.
I ran a stock block 408 for years. Went 5.70 on motor and low teens on some gas. It was a very fun combination!

That suspension is on point
I was pretty fortunate not to have to mess with it much. Adding the rear sway bar greatly improved how straight she left.

Nasty 60'
Thankyou that was the old nitrous setup and engine. All Holley EFI and 88mm turbo now. That 60 should get ALOT better. Was about a 1.3

Edelbrock out of the box rollers heads, edelbrock Victor Jr and a lunati solid roller. 200 shot, is about 9.3-9.4 comp.

Considering ripping it out and going with a 438 stroker and dart block.

@@rdy2run332 there is currently 4.10's in it with a locker, there is a Performance Automatic C4 in mine.
Were you running a plate or fogger set up ?

That was 4:10's with a C4 and leaving at 2800.

This was running with 410's
