To become succesfull in this life, you need (in this order): 1) communication skills 2) pretty face and/or good appearance 3) brains. You certainly have the brains. I have seen several videos of you. I would recommend you to talk a little slower. You younger generation always talk too fast, as if it's your last minute on earth. You're not bad looking. You need, however, a nice shirt (for inside shootings) and a nice coat (for outside shootings). That way you will look more professional, someone who has knowledge others want to know (appearance does sell and opens doors ! I've experienced it many times). When you're shooting inside, you show us the whole room, and it doesn't look domestic, nor pleasant. It's better to arrange a little corner of your room that looks very nice, inviting and homy (you can look at podcasts for ideas). These are the things I've learned throughout my experience.
