wow amazing skill....my grandfather nd father both are expert in making such bamboo crafts they have learnt it from their parents before...My hometown is rich in such skills nd crafts..We use bamboo handmade products here in my place...nice to see that such video is uploaded...I shall learn it from my father nd grandfather. ..We never feel the need to buy plastic products too much...Some basic products like these are found in every house in my hometown...Give my thanks to this person who is making the craft ..nd thanks to the uploader too..☺
i wish i could visit your town. To experience the craft myself. If my family had the respect and care for such beautiful items and cared less about trying to make their home unhealthily "attractive" to the rest of the world. I would love to be able to craft many of the items used in the home and teach them how to do the same. I've been trying to learn how to make pottery I wanted to try to make my own plates and bowls to use in are home in place of the plastic. I have found clay and processed some, but still must find the stones and a way to tumble them with the glass i have gathered to add with the sand i have collected to try to make the fire proof bricks to make a proper kiln and outdoor cook space. I have even walked to the shore and gathered the empty and shed shells i am trying to process. As to make quicklime to add to the sand to make a mortar for the bricks. So i can craft a space that beautifys the yard and allows me to craft useful items. Well helping to give me a safe space for the wood i gather as shed limbs to use as fuel. So i can ensure the safety of the forest that has been so kind to provide me with the materials.

ABSOLUTELY wonderful. The talent and skill in this artist gentleman's hands.....magnificent to say the least. So very fast as well...NO DRAMA at all. Just stuck with it and chatted as he worked his skill. A TRUE CRAFTSMAN. I could watch him CREATE his magic all day long. So glad that I found this video. Thanks so much for sharing this.....I love this. I wished I could be there to enjoy in person, God Bless....from Ken Orlando, Florida, USA
yes yes i agree. I would love to meet the artist. So he could know how much his skill is appreciated and perhaps learn how to do it myself. So i would always respect the craft and feel truely honored to own such an item.
Dear Ken, You are most welcome to my house, have a safety stay with me, we'll visit one popular village of bamboo crafts about 17 KMs away. You'll enjoy. drop your Email and remove immediately after I recieved.
And this is how you elevate each other and keep the money circulating in your country instead of supporting rich foreign countries. Instead of always bargaining like Indians always do, try to tip.
its so sad. Due to my issues being to liable for places to hire me. I have little to no income. So much of the things i use around my parents home are either found or gifted. Either working or i get it working. Otherwise i have to try to make something that works. So i have been learning more about these methods of making things without using machines and tools. Which i can not afford. Although it can at times take me longer to do. I have made some very nice things. But despite making a 40-50 dollar item with my time and effort put into doing the process and making it the best it can be. Most people barely give anything for them. They want it for like a dollar. When it cost 3 dollars just in material costs. They would much rather run to the store and buy a plastic version and have no problem buying a new one every few weeks when it breaks being to flimsy.
@@kdm1234gmail Kyle, that’s the way things are for all of us my friend. No one owes you any favours or is beholden in some way to appreciate your efforts or craftsmanship. We all work hard for the money we have, and want to hold onto as much of it as we can for as long as we can. Doesn’t that make sense? You are selling people what YOU have to sell and what YOU hope they want and will pay for. Sometimes you get it right, sometimes, you wasted your time. What do you do? Stick with it Kyle, hopefully you’ll get it right more often than not.

This man is amazing smart intelligent I would love have some of these basket they are eco.friendly good for the environment handmade beautiful done.Thank you brother.👍👍👍👍👍
love and respect for hard working people out there, irrespective of their nationality, cast, creed or religion, they work hard to get food for their kids and family in a respectful way, without causing or bringing harm to someone. Salute 🫡
I had the great experience in primary school to make a basket in this style. Most kids gave up because their reeds would break. It's a fine art for sure! Thx for sharing the video.
i was never fortunate enough for my school to have divoted the time or funding for art classes to teach such skills, but have been learning on my own outside of school. Figuring it out can be the hardest part, but nothing is impossible if you have the patience and willingness to learn and be open to others points of view. How i have learned knitting with needles and looms. To sew, garden without any of the expensive tools and fertilizers people say you need to get good harvests and healthy plants. That i will most likely never be able to afford. How much i would love to visit these places and learn the crafts first hand. Specially if i could bring the jams and items i learned to craft from watching videos of those who had mastered the art. To share with them my creations. For sharing the knowledge of how to do theirs.
Wow I've never seen anyone as fast and skilled as this man... Amazingly talented and incredible... And the woman (wife?) beside him as well... Thanks for sharing

doing such things can be a lot of work. I am fortunate that despite my conditions i have help that keeps me from being out in the streets. But i still learn to do things like this. So i can always remember how lucky i am to have what i do and to never think something is to expensive. Cause i never knew the effort that goes into making it. I only wish my family and the seemingly large part of the world who think "those look like they are so easy to make. Their not worth more then 3 dollars" When some of the items....even with modern automations. Can still take 10s of 100's of hours to make. Why since i was little. I have worked on patience. As i know being patient, letting it take as long as it needs and saving up for the item i know was made well and made right. Will show greater respect for the one who put the love and care into crafting it and give me a better item. That if respected will last me a long time.
