it's 2022 and I only just realized it's because of... "Big Boy's" missing arm that causes the meltdown at the end of the game! it's been 11 years since this game came out and i only just NOW noticed it, man i must have been a dumb kid when I was 7
Fun Fact, Rotraton(this boss) and Refreshinator(a later boss) have missile models, but they are unused. Rotratron also has the laser animation of Refreshinator, but only Refreshinator uses it. There is also a leftover model file from one of the planet wisp cutscenes, but it's missing some textures.

I agree. Especially for Sonic games, even though this came out in 2010, not like the other games didn't have good writing too, but this just blows the writing of a vast majority of Sonic games out of the water. Still, this is probably the best writing ever seen in a Sonic game.
Ah, those Eggman voice clips you put at the end... So gold, shame it's so hard to hear them with the loud music in-game, tho I'm pretty sure the music drowning out the voice clips was very intentional...
I love the idea of putting quotes Eggman says in the game at the end of the video, especially when you consider most people did not hear a lot of them. Of course, you could just look up what Eggman says, but a good idea nonetheless.
I've never played this game, nor am I a raving Sonic fan (or chuggaaconroy fan, for that matter, I hate to say but I came here from TheCartoonGamer) but even though I've heard the channel name floating around before, watching his videos now and he makes this game seem really interesting! I have to say a few things about this game... While I'm not the best at the 2D (sidescrolling) Sonic games compared to the 3D ones, I still really love this game. It's witty, looks amazing, and is just all-around fun to play. That, and I have to admit, I love the voice acting in this one! Very nice! :D So great job, Emile! Looking forward to the next part! And you seem to be needing to rerecord more often than usual lately, unless you just never mentioned it before. ^^;; Good luck~!
The second "Big Boy" is a lot harder and cooler. Also, maybe Eggman can use the aliens for hypermatter to fuel his Death Egg just like the Death Star is fueled by!
I really like Jason Griffith's voice as Sonic the best, because the person's voice who is playing Sonic in this game has the voice of a high school jock all of a sudden.
He said he was going to speed through, getting any red coins that wouldn't require him to go out of his way, possibly lowering his rank, and then get them off camera.
I agree, and it's not like he doesn't do longer videos sometimes. The best length for a youtube video is around 10-20 minutes unless the purpose can't be accomplished with that little. That way I have something short to watch when I get a quick break, and it doesn't test my attention span.
I know. The only water Pokemon Ash has ever owned that evolved is a Pokemon he used only twice, and then left at Oak's lab. All the others, he used many many times, not a single thing. You'd think Squirtle or Buizel would've evolved by now

Tropical Resort Act 4 is one of my favorite songs in the game. It really sucks that the two levels it plays in are so short.
