They aren't serious about Secret Wars until Secret Wars is a trilogy built around David Hasselhof as The Beyonder. 'Nuff said.
I feel like they should take there time with secret wars and not rush this movie out the door because frankly secret wars is a storyline that requires time to make this movie fantastic in my opinion.
Needs WAY more time.
@@AustinPPutnam indeed it does need more time especially because in the comics themselves this entire storyline was build up in the avengers comics from 2012 to 2015 and was executed at least the main story really good, and also required the fantastic four to be established in the universe, however the problem with adapting this storyline from the comics to the movies is well secret wars 2015 is super complicated storyline in itself, and honestly translating this comic into a live action movie without any of key components that made the storyline good is going to be near impossible in the mcu current state at least in my opinion.
We've come a long way since they introduced Thanos in the MCU And made him the Big Villain I'd doubt if there doing the same thing Kang unless there going to re-Cast Kang or just replace him with Dr.Doom
Kang has been pretty poor so far.

IMO, they should bring the entire Loki team to write the next two Avengers movies. Aaron Moorhead & Justin Benson should direct and Michael Waldron & Eric Martin should write the script.

I don’t think it’ll be as good as Endgame. But I’m sure it’ll be fun at least. And at the end of the day that’s all I hope for.
as much as I'd did liked The Marvels and I'd liked Thor Love and Thunder and as much as I'd liked Ant-Man and the Wasp Quantumania even though I'd it was a Dumb Idea to introduced Kang in that movie just to have him be defeated all in the same movie also the Best movie in Phase 4 is Guardians of the Galaxy Vol.3
I'm hoping that Secret Wars is gonna be Good, big and enjoyable as Endgame, though my biggest question and considering about it is, are they still going use Kang as the villain or replace him with a different villain? and also will all the multiverse characters from the previous pre-MCU marvel movies come back as well?
I hope they don’t bring back characters for the sake of multiverse.
well it may not have be as Great as Avengers Endgame but I'd hope that Avengers Secret Wars will still be as Good
I’m sorry but am I the only one around who wants to see avengers secret wars?
as much as I am still somewhat excited for Secret Wars it makes me wonder are they going to introduce the X-Men first in the MCU? or are they going to introduce the Fantastic Four into the MCU? Are they going to do an Avengers vs. X-MEN movie Before Secret Wars? without a BIG Villain it left me with so many questions on what there going for the MCU going forward to Avengers Secret Wars
You might think I’m crazy but I personally feel Marvel should push the next two Avengers movies all the way to 2029 & 2030. For one it would give Marvel enough time to work on the scripts and be the best that it can be. It took years of build up and hype for IW & Endgame to reach that level of success (2 billion dollars or close to 3 billion), if they want to see that same level of success with Kang Dynasty & Secret Wars releasing those movies in just half that time is unrealistic. Also, Marvel is not in a good state right now they constant bangers in order to win people's trust back and that will give them a lot of time to build hype and give audiences a lot of time to connect with these new characters.

To me. I think we need to span it out and do an avengers movie before kang dynasty and secret wars. We need to have a big bad that brings the new avengers together again. One that shows us why they are the avengers. The avengers seem so dead at this point in the mcu. And nothing has been big enough to draw them together. I would prefer they do someone like the leader or the hood which could bridge that gap to the big bad. Someone like dr doom sent in before hand to test the heros. Having someone who is going to start the team again is crucial.

Endgame was rushed garbage so it's easy to live up to it.
How was it rushed garbage when it took them 11 years to get to that ending?
@@AustinPPutnam Because it came out ONE YEAR after Infinity War. They normally put at least 2 years between sequels. Yes, I know they filmed Endgame within the same year as Infinity War, but it was still a shortened timeline for Endgame overall. They should've taken more time to tighten up that storyline. And why are you even talking about "11 years"? They didn't know what the plot of Endgame would be when they made Iron Man (2008), or even when they made The Winter Solder (2014), the Russo's first MCU movie. The story built upon itself over time, and they should've taken more time between Infinity War and Endgame to make Endgame more than fan service nonsense with flimsy time travel rules. That movie is so easy to pick apart, including just throwing in Captain Marvel -- a character the Russos hadn't incorporated into any of their previous movies -- and trying to make it work. Hulk and Black Widow should've went to get the Soul Stone. Hawkeye/Ronin should've met the Ancient One getting the Time Stone. Nebula should've carried the Gauntlet at the end with the women surrounding her, not Captain Marvel who didn't actually need anyone else's help. The released version was contrived and very poorly conceived, and I blame the shortened timeline for developing it.

Phase 1-3 took 11 years to set up the Avengers, the infinity stones, Thanos, the guardians amongst other things. It made complete sense why Captain Marvel took the gauntlet as she is the strongest of the female Avengers. It wouldn’t have made any sense for Hawkeye to get the time stone. Hulk and Black Widow getting the soul stone would’ve ended the same way. Endgame worked because you can tell they took their time wrapping up the most critical stories. They might not have known telling the story of Endgame right when Iron Man came out, but it’s easy to tell they knew what they were doing telling the story of the Infinity Saga. With Secret Wars it feels like a bomb rush to the finishing line.

It’s contrived nonsense, poorly conceived, and I’m giving them the benefit of the doubt by blaming it on trying to do a sequel the same time as the preceding movie, which they had never done before. As for Captain Marvel, she had no connection to anything relevant to Thanos, and she didn’t need any help. That should’ve been Nebula’s moment.
