3voor12 introducing: Finn Ronsdorf

A bathrobe, a piano and a fez. That was all it took for Finn Ronsdorf to conquer our hearts last edition of Eurosonic. On his debut EP Odes the German musician is creating a small universe of five beautiful intimate pianosongs about his first love, growing up in the Black Forest and the forbidden love with his brothers’ best friend. The last couple of weeks, Finn Ronsdorf was in The Hague to sing and dance in Glitter, a dance performance that was live-streamed from theater Korzo. We visited him to talk about growing up with a piano in the kitchen, imitating pop with just a few notes and the importance of looking past the literal in art.
