Be internally motivated, not externally! If you rely on the praise of others to motivate you, their disapproval will demotivate you. Don't worry about the opinions of others. Learn to be indifferent to praise and criticism. Find an inner inspiration and continue on your path with that inner fuel. Beautiful message by Swamiji! Please watch and share with others!
Very well said Preeti ji. Internal motivation is the best shield for us.
True
Awesome
We should be guided by our own inner fuel not by others' reaction.
Through his wonderful strories, swamiji teaches us to avoid falling into the trap of getting affected by others' reactions and staying internally motivated.
This is so true! Overvaluing others opinions of oneself will eventually lead to a loss in motivation. Finding your own motivation coupled with self discipline will take you far in life. So be your own motivation!
Thank you swamiji for this kind management , I am needy of this.
My day started with your session dear swami ji
And it's makes my morning wonderful✨😍
Thank you❤🌹🙏 swamiji 🙏🙏🙏
Purification of our own self is the most important. Comparison results in our downfall. We should only look for the good in others and get motivated and inspired.
Thank you Swamiji for great knowledge.... Radhe Radhe🙏💐❤
"If we find our motivation from the praise of others, then their criticism can demotivate us. Let us try and be inwardly motivated." Thank you Swamji 🙏
Radhey Radhey
Swamiji beautifully explains 'The Law of the Garbage Truck.' People will always tell us all kinds of things. We have to learn to be indifferent to all of this. If one seeks others' approval/praise to feel motivated, then their criticism can demotivate/dishearten one too. The real inspiration/confidence comes from within, comes from being 'Inwardly Motivated.' Swamiji relates the interesting stories of a frog & the Buddha. Watch this video to find out more!
If we can insulate ourselves from the praises or criticism of outside world 🌎 then we can be peaceful and successful in our work and life . Hence we need to get inspired internally to keep progressing so that outside world views does not bring us down . Thanks 🙏 Shri Swamiji for this excellent mind Management tool . A must watch for all 🙏Jai Ho 👌👍👏
by citing real life examples,Swamiji proves his point strongly that there is no happiness in the world.
Wonderfully explained by swami ji how to get motivated inwardly to protect our soul from external criticism and envy. Inner motivation is a great factor which you can control yourself accordingly. You are the master of your motivation. Thank you swami ji for this beautiful lecture.

Thank you Swamiji🙏☺
I love this! I'm practicing something new each day! Thank you🙏
Internal motivation is last longing and we should not listen to others once we decide to reach our goal. Nobody can stop us until we lose our own mind.
Radhey Radhey
Today I know about one new word " Inwardly motivated " from Swamiji...well explained as usual about the topic...tq Swamiji
Very wonderful explanation by swamiji. Don't trapped in any thing in any particular interest.
Yes Swamijee we should not take inwardly if anybody criticise us.Be internally motivated not externally.
Swamiji's great advice with example of garbage truck. We should implement this formula to proceed towards our goal.
The only way not to get affected by other’s criticism is to motivate ourselves inwardly. We should motivate ourselves towards the path of God. Thank you Swamiji for suggesting the ‘only’ antidote to criticism.
Buddha 's story and Garbage Truck rule both are beautiful teachings by swamiji for inner motivation 👌. External motivation temporary. Internal motivation is longer lasting, helping us to grow from inner side 🙏
Radhey Radhey!
We should be deaf to praises as well as comments because we should be inwardly motivated and not externally.
Thank you Swamiji for sharing this wonderful gem of wisdom!
Self-motivation is all about being inwardly motivated. Powerful message Swamiji on staying inwardly motivated with great examples of the frog, Buddha, and the garbage truck to remain indifferent to external praise or criticism and rather focus on improving one’s self each day. Thank you 🙏.
With folded hands I beg to all to please listen this video carefully so that one should know what treasure Swamiji has got. Each word of Swamiji uncountable value. If we move in this world like deaf frog nothing would be effected badly. Though we can not attain the stage of Mahatma Buddha, atleast one percent of Swsmiji Pravachan be followed by heart we would be the luckiest in the world. Pranams to Swamiji
Wonderfully explained by Swamiji how to get motivated. If we allow others to praise of others then their criticism can handle in anyway. Thank you swamiji for inspiring us.
Very nicely explained why we should be inwardly motivated not outwards. The stories given of frogs 🐸 in competition where deaf frog won. The car driver who was very calm who was not taken garbage give by other person. Finally lord Buddha story , we no need to take the words which are not useful to us. These are amazing examples given by Swamiji. Thank you
Swami ji, I have few Questions to ask
1. Jab hum dhyan karte hai to na chhate huee bhi humara maan kuch na kuch soch rha hota.... Mera ye question hai ki hume dhyan mein akhir kya karna chahiye.. Kya humme God ko imagine karna chahiye ya phir hamaara jo goal hai uske bareme sochna chahiye.... Please answer
Focusing on one's own faults and grasping the goodness of others are something I have learnt from Swamiji and been trying to implement on a daily basis 🙏🙏🙏
The frog story humorously taught me to take criticisms as cheering to success ... ❤🙏❤️
Just think in this way, Others say ABC on you and you say XYZ, then how can God help, it's a tough situation for him as both reacted the same, so just keep the bad one side only, Don't get cheated with the unrelated and irrelevant to you my friend. You know who you are and what you are. God and I trust you, 🤞🤞
This very valuable lesson swamiji as I used to be like this as when someone praised me I'm very happy and if someone criticized then I will feel misery and after I learned the knowledge and contemplated number of times in our class morning gems with swamiji I understood to remain equal to both and infact I'm avoiding praise as it swells up my ego and regarding criticism I'm analyzing how much I can learn from it and move forward. Like swamiji always says criticism actually helps us in our spiritual growth❤❤
Here swamiji has emphasized on inward motivation to achieve the goal. Thanks a lot, Swamiji for this wonderful lecture.
Very well said Swami ji! We should not be motivated by others’ praise because when they criticize then that will demotivate us. Instead we should be internally motivated.
So true, we are always so worried about pleasing others and making sure they are okay with our actions and decisions; the other person could be a relative or co-worker. Certainly wastes a lot of time and energy. Thanks so much for this wisdom.
We should be internally motivated not externally motivated. Then the criticism others will not bother us.
Thank you swamiji🙏❤️for this wonderful teaching. If we can be inwardly motivated then we get the power to convert negative emotions from others into positive energy that will fuel our way to success😍
We should be motivated from the inside rather than getting motivated by external factors like others praising our work.. coz we feel dejected when the same people criticize..we should strive and rise beyond the dualities ..good and bad positive and negative .. this is inturn the attitude of a Karma Yogi
This video has a great impact on me, what a strong message shared by Swamiji with wonderful stories. Swamiji seems peaceful and never gets effected by external matters. I too want to master this virtue. Never response to praise and criticism. Keep always inner spark alive with inner motivation
Yes very true everything bt wen situation comes i naturally react.....if nt react dn from inside i get disturbed....and unless until i tell abt this to sm person with whom i share my talks.....and condemn...I don't feel good...I want to help myself....rise from this attitude.....bt mostly not able to do so....
Internal world is harmful than external.we should rectify our selves from inside.
The only way to deel with all criticism is to avoid them. Because its depends upon us to recieve it or not. Hence in this way we became different from others and always became internally motivated. Really such a graceful lecture.🙏
If others' praise can motivate us then their criticism will definately demotivate us.
Very beautifully explained here by Swamiji how to insulate ourself from the outer world.
Be internally motivated dont get demotivated or feel resented by others criticism. Resentment is like drinking poison and expecting the other person to die . Always remember anyone can harm u with words only if u allow their words in mind and contemplate wrongly for long time rather than doing a proper analysis. See these three terrific stories in this fabulous 5 minute video to understand it better. Radhey Radhey 😊😊😊
If someone gives us something good or bad,it is our choice whether to accept it or not, there is no compulsion.Modern science tells us--"you are the body and when you die,its all over. We don't need to think of any afterlife.Habits can be neutralized by reverse habits.

Sumit ji 9/16God has blessed us all with power of choice. If we insulate
Namskar swamiji ! . Your thought so powerful and heart touching and I will decide that I will follow this Humber path
Motivation should be an internal process, the source of motivation must very strong, and it should come from within and then no matter whatever is the extreme circumstances we will not waver. Because the source of motivation is within us, external motivation tends to fade away easily therefore we should build a strong internal motivation.
Swamiji said , when we do not take what the other person gives , then it would remain with the giver. In the same manner if we insulate ourselves and do not take criticism , then the words of criticism remains with the criticiser. One more solution given by Swamiji, is to pay a deaf ear to the criticism, that will not effect us.
In an inspirational video, the frog story illustrates that we should not listen to others whether they criticize or praise us. Instead, we should move on our way with inner motivation, which comes from the right knowledge. I like this story so much and will remember it in situations of criticism.
Indeed internal validation is key the external is temporary but god who resides within as the controller is eternal hence focus on that relationship. With god within you to be truly happy
You need to internally motivated to achieve your goal. Let the praise or bad remarks of others don't control your motivation.
Radhey Radhey!
Its not easy to stay motivated all the time, listening to Swamiji makes thinsg easier for us.
श्री राधे #maloppywarble
Those who are pulling you down for no reason just give them a smile and behave like a deaf to their words .Their criticism should not impact your journey towards your goal . Swamiji rightly said "If we find our motivation from the praise of others , then their criticism can demotivate us , So we should be internally motivated. "
मैं आपके कथनों से गहन सत्य सीखने और उनमें निहित गहन ज्ञान के लिए आभारी होने से कभी नहीं चूकता। धन्यवाद।❤🙌 राधे राधे 🙌
We should always choose inner motivation not external....
Due to the continuous insults and harsh treatment, the insulation of myself from all these harms are burnt out. Now I have taken a step to isolation, which is peaceful. I am no Buddha as of now. One day I shall become more evolved even than a Buddha, because that is the goal set to each soul by the supreme. The soul takes the form of a grass, and then evolves to a movable creature, and then more evolved moving creature, and so on and then finally attains human form. The ultimate goal is to evolve from humanity to divinity. That is the law of evolution. As of now I can look at these stories only awe struck by such positive affirmations.
External factors can never disturb those who are inwardly motivated. Very nice. We always look towards the external world for our happiness and misery
We should be inwardly motivated so that we can remain indifferent to others praise or criticism.
If we allow others' praises to motivate us then others' criticism can demotivate us too. Break free from this cycle and discover your inner strength through swamiji's secret to self motivation!
Wow wonderful examples and explanation by swamiji
Learn to insulate yourself from negativity. Find inner motivation 🙏
For inner progress, we have to learn the art of mind management to be indifferent towards others criticism and appreciation.
We are what our thoughts are and if we keep our thoughts clean we won't get affected by the outer world. We should stay strong and keep watching these videos. It works as a booster for our mind! 🙏
Wonderful message by Swamiji for always motivating from within instead of focusing on external things. Thank You.🙏
It Really is.
The incident of the man abusing the Buddha, narrated here by Swamiji ,teaches us about how to stay calm and unaffected in the world .
Stay inwardly motivated and not be affected by others' reactions, guides us swamiji.
Let us try to be inwardly motivated then the effect of what people say will not be there upon us ..
Really actual motivation does not come from outside, it comes from inside.
