Exro's Cell Driver/Battery Control System has passed UL's first two tests and is now undergoing the third and final (3or 3) testing before being certified in the 4th quarter. Admittedly it will be certified about 2-4 months later than expected. It is my understanding new requirements regarding removal of battery produced gases are requiring new/additional exhaust fans and then new submission (and the old "get back in line") for UL's testing and approval are the primary cause for delay.
Very positive endorsement
