I don't get what people don't get about this. Getting the bug isn't the issue. EXPLOITING the bug is the issue. If someone keeps playing while they're invincible, that's exploiting the bug. He was still shooting at me after he was bugged. When you go to the report section, it says "Exploiting cheats OR BUGS." Whether he's using cheats is completely unrelated to whether he exploited the bug by still playing when he was invincible.
