After the battle with Mitch Connor on Day 4 you can get the friend request from all superheroes, even ones you might have missed up to now (Except Cartman).
Note: Taking a selfie with Wendy will give you Call Girl's friend request. Wendy is the only character in the game who will follow you with both her real name and superhero name.
