Hi ! I love traditional installs because it gives more of a soft natural look and frontals can look bulky on me.. I’ve been natural for 5 years and my hair isn’t permed. Can you please list tips on how to maintain leave out without getting heat damage. How often can I flat iron my hair
@arianna daniel Heyyyy! I agree with you on the natural look ! When maintaining leave out, you should apply heat to clean hair only. If you wash your hair every 2 -3 weeks, that's when you would put heat to it. In between, wrap it everyday. Once you feel your hair is getting oily, you can also do different styles like a braid out, twist out etc. that will make it last longer to the next wash.
Thank you I love your braid pattern I'm going to do my own weave on my head for the first time I do weaves so I'm going to do it on me your weaves are really good boo 😁
Yes Lord!!! 🙂 what kind of hair did she buy. I need to k the ow girl. I need a traditional sew in silky press asap. Flawless girl you go girl!! Let me know.
so, would you say, as a rule of thumb, no matter how many bundles you have, you would double them all with the flip over method, and the last bundle that you use, you would do single with the flip over method?
I was thinking about getting a sew-in but idk if my hair has to be a certain length or not. But anyway this video makes me want to get one even more. And u snapped btw.
I’ve been watching sew in videos all day 😩 I’m Mexican and Puerto Rican and had really long thick curly hair but in January a lot of it ended it up falling off/breaking and it’s thinner, wavy, and fragile now and I’m really considering this. Would it be a good idea to get this or do you recommend something else?
This is good to start off with. The braids allow you to put your hair away. I would recommend getting your hair trimmed and maintenance first. Then do the sew in. Another thing to be mindful of is the leave out. Avoid putting a lot of heat to the leave out area unless completed cleaned. Leave the sew in in for 1 1/2 months take it out maintenance again etc. Then maybe you can try a closure sew in
ABSOLUTLEY BREATHTAKING!!! WOW!!! WHAT AN AWESOME VIDEO! LOVE THE WHOLE VIBE! THE RELATIONSHIP U HAVE WITH UR CLIENT OBVIOUS BY THE CONSTANT NODDING THAT YALL WERE HAVING GOOD CONVERSATION LOL! THE MUSIC! THE STYLING! U R AMAZING! UGH I WISH U WERE IN PHILLY! LOL THANKS FOR SHARING!
Amen🙏💕And love gory videos so much and God Bless your friends TikTok and your family and love you and just know God is always with you and God is good God is great and God loves you and the hair is bueatiful God is good🙏💕💗🦋🤞🌎💙
I am Italian and Chilean and I’ve always had extremely thick frizzy curly wavy hair and I never knew how to take care of it correctly bc I grew up with my Italian grandparents. Would a partial sew in be something I could do to help manage the extreme thickness? Have braids just in the back and the top part just be my natural hair? Thank you for any suggestions
Yes u can do that but looking at curly hair videos would really help as learning products would be more beneficial assuming you have between type 2 hair
If I came to Harrisburg Would u do my sew a few days or so before my birthday which is on April 30th? I only know one person where I live that does them an she isn’t available and I wasn’t tryna go to any place that is more than an hour or two from where I live and you do amazing work!!
if my hair isn’t too long, like shoulder length maybe, would that affect using my natural hair at the top or would you say it should still be fine and would look nice
Please someone help I’ve watched a hundred videos I literally bought everything and did everything I’ve seen but it’s not blending and I don’t want to put more heat on my hair I don’t know what to do
I am about to get my 1st sew in and wasn't sure how it is done. This is beautiful! With this pattern, will she be able to put it up in a ponytail? I apologize if you've already answered that.
Hey ! Yes, it can be put in a low ponytail. If you want to achieve a high ponytail, you would need leave out going all the way around. This client does not wear her hair in a ponytail often, so the pattern works. It depends on your everyday.
Hello This is so gorgeous 😍. I'm doing my first sew in tomorrow and I've watched this video so many time but I can't tell what u did to the sides of the hair that's braided too. Can u tell or show me.
I’m a new hairstylist trying to make a cosmetology school portfolio so I’m watching different tutorials , typically what heat should to flat irons be on so the hair won’t get damaged ?
Hey ! It all depends on the client and their hair. For example, if the client has finer hair, the heat setting should be set lower 350 - 380. Thicker hair the temperature can be higher. Honestly, most of my clients my setting is set between 400 - 450. It's about how heat is used and abused. Heat abuse is what causes heat damage. For example, putting heat to dirty hair, putting heat to the hair EVERYDAY.. no... I have clients that come to me every 3 -4 weeks for a silk press and their curls are fine. Add me on instagram - @endlessbeauty_bypaige - let's connect
how far apart are you spaceing the tracks? so on the last bundle that you do not fold and you do single do you still do the flip method ?And then your stitching how far apart did you do one stitch to the other stitch? if you were wearing a net or a netted cap, how far apart are the stitches from one another?
Even with a mask, I can tell your client is pretty! ALSO THAT PRESS IS SILKY WHEEW! You did your thang, Ms hairdresser! 😌
I've never had a sew-in before let alone a weave in general but this was a GREAT video this is one of the best ones I've seen. 💞

@@PaigeShaian hi, I was just watching your video and I love your work. Where are you located?
@@PaigeShaian I also notice when my hair is getting oily using dry shampoo in between washes helps as well
I hate edge control too. It takes away the natural look and some ladies leave it for too long looking all dirty. I love your job.
You did that! I usually can’t sit through most videos but this one was perfect ❤
excellent video, I am going to use this tutorial today. beautiful job, flawless
Awesome! Thank you!
Yes ma’am. This is it. Natural looking traditional sew in 🤎🤎🤎🤎🤎

What kind of hair is this please ?? Anyone knows please
how many bundles did she bring and how many did you use?
Can you do a video like how to sew it ,, like i seen you put the needle in but you wrapped it and did something but I couldn’t get a closer look
Yes !
so, would you say, as a rule of thumb, no matter how many bundles you have, you would double them all with the flip over method, and the last bundle that you use, you would do single with the flip over method?
Loved this process. Thank you for sharing
Do you have to wash and condition the bundles before the install?
If so what products do you recommend?
I was thinking about getting a sew-in but idk if my hair has to be a certain length or not. But anyway this video makes me want to get one even more. And u snapped btw.
As long as it’s enough to braid you’re good , get a sew in babe 😘.
Maravilloso trabajo 👏👏! Mi pregunta es,,¿ Cuantas horas se llevará realizandolo?

@@PaigeShaian okay thank you so much!!
@@PaigeShaian Does it make a difference if you use a net? I'm actully having this exact same problem. Please help😫
@@monique4284 nets put more tension on the hair on top of the bundles being sewn in. I would say try no net. 😘
@@PaigeShaian Question! I have black hair but can my sew in be different color, would it matter?

So for the sew in you sew inside the braid with the needle and not under the braid?
I love it because its not too bulky
hello you did an awesome job! do you remember how many bundles this client used? or is needed for a sew in?
3 bundles
Fantastic job. How long does it last?
