Hi there, its been mild weather last couple days before cold is back, so all rooftops are clear, and the skies were beautiful again today, thanks for support and visit means a lot, see you soon
Thank you Nancy my sleep pattern was off caretaking my dog so I got a chance to finally see the meteors, when they were in full swing the sky was cloudy but still managed to capture a few. It seems the colder the night the more active everything is up there. I hope you are feeling better be over soon to catch up
Hello my friend. It's very beautiful. You are in a wonderful place, where it is quiet and calm, the sounds of nature, snow, frost, your favorite thing - these are unforgettable impressions
Thank you Roman, means a lot to have you take time to visit comment and watch, very glad you liked and visited, I love the trees in your forest also, very nice, stay safe and bless you and all in your life.
Hi Connie, I remember growing up in Newfoundland and looking at the sky at night. We could see so many stars in the Milky Way. Never get to see that living in the city. A am amazed with the amount of birds and animals that get so close to you. The wild chicken sure looked yummy. Be safe out there and be careful in that snow. Catch you on your next video.
Thank you Larry always so kind and nice comments, glad you liked and enjoyed, one of those female grosbeaks jumped on my hat when filming and I jumped too was not expecting it to come so close, I think they are sent to look over me really. I see you posted another trip clip I think be over soon to watch on my tele. Take care
Thank you, yes we did get a lot those last storms it luckily has not snowed for awhile or we would be buried lol We got a warm plus 5 today but will go back to cold in next days, one of those female grosbeaks jumped on my head when I was filming, I know I jumped lol Ya I didn't climb up on the roof top as it was icy and not safe alone if you don't have all the safety in place, tho lots of snow to catch my fall, be a big snow angel 😊😊Take care, enjoying your videos
Love it that the pups is getting a sled ride, you're definitely giving her the best life as you always have. Only yesterday I said as Tucker jumped up in the truck I'm going to have to get the ramp ready not many years hes going to still be able to jump up like today, but he's still going to need his rides. You have a lot of roofs to clear and you don't want that snow up there when it gets wet and heavy. You don't need gym time when you got roof time that was a nice painting from 2006 , had to go back stop and zoom. I have a roof rake that i can clean my roof from the ground....as long as theres no to much snow , might save lugging a ladder, got it at the hardware store for around $20 bucks years ago i think it was on sale. Lots of tracks to see what animals are active there. Yeah when the snow is noisy like now hard to sneak on the animals lol. The birds are definitely following you. Hope you have an awesome week my friend thanks for sharing your nature with us.
@@tuckerandi Sorry you missed out hearing me on the part of why I had to use shovel on the shed roof vs rake I used on the other ones in vid audio low maybe, does that sometimes after upload slower internet remote off grid when its overcast from mountains, rake can't handle the ice layers and crust from that last snowfall, went right to deep freeze, had to reinforce handle only aluminum, unless it snows a freak storm NFLD had a good mild bare winter, sister law hasnt seen it that green for awhile. Tuckie only a pup but time does fly for sure. Enjoy your week ahead . Thanks for the visit.
@NatureInspiredSnipsnSnaps I did miss that about the scoup , my old ears are not what they use to be lol. Makes total sense and I should have known you had tried it out lol. Yeah our snow here in Central is almost all gone again now and I have grass on my lawns, frozen grass today now lol.
@@tuckerandi especially when its fresh and free from dive bombing why they do that when out for grit I don't know but misnavigate poles n shop windows even with reflectors. Seen a flock yesterday and a predator got one not sure which.
Yes, its seems we do get more than the Eastern here, its melted more today we got plus 5 but still lots left, I feel better that all the snow is cleaned off and should do the rest of Winter here, glad you liked the skies, it was nice to have a clear night sky. I bet that would be some nice view from your hot tent by the lake sometime. Take care also and catch up soon
Yes, sometimes it is good to clean them off, ease of mind, yes warmer is better, it seems the colder weather here brings more beauty at night than hot summers
Hello Snips {Connie}. I always enjoy sitting under the stars when they are out. It makes you wonder if there others up there somewhere, I know I think about that.
Hi John, I see you had a snowstorm and lots happening, be over soon, its amazing what is up there when the skies are clear you see so much, you never know what is beyond that is for sure, the days are flying by this Winter, lots to keep one busy from dawn til dusk. Take care my friend
I love the chickens, I don't think I have seen your whole setup yet or the birdies, chickens are so much fun. Your rooster looks almost the same as mine. What breeds do you have?
My flock is much smaller than what i started with, I believe there is a clip of them in a playlist earlier, and a video before I lost three to a pair of foxes with kits around October, 24 digging under the gate fence, and pushing through the wire, but I since fixed that problem by putting in an extra board threshold on the inside. I have had a variety of breeds, my fav turned out to be the rocks, and meat birds. I like your quinea hens, you have a nice set up, mine is simple, uneventful, I just use tree branches levelled on top of angled 2x4 for roosts and a boxed bin for eggs, just put more hay in tonight for the cool ness coming ahead. Chickens are great, turkeys have lots of character, had those, the wildest thing I ever tried was Emus back east.
@NatureInspiredSnipsnSnaps I think you are thinking of some one else, I don't have guiney hens. Just chickens and ducks. My rooster is a partridge/Chantecler crossed with some barn yard mix. He looks alot like yours.
@@off_grid_life Yes I thought you were from this off grid life channel by coincidence the owner has the same first name, yes my rooster is a cross hatched from the herd also.
@@NatureInspiredSnipsnSnaps that's awsome, and yes I have an off grid channel but not that one, it's just a coincidence they have the same name I have had this as a personal account for years. My channel is off grid and unorganized. Sorry for the confusion, I just don't use that channel as my suggested content is tailored to this one already.
When was the last time you sat under the stars and relaxed?
It's been too long since I've done it my friend

You have way more snow than we do here. Taking the snow off those roofs is quite the workout. Beautiful clips of the skies. Take care Connie!
