0:54 • 20 g of bitter cocoa
0:56 • 10 g of baking powder
For the cream:

2:29 • 1 sachet of creme caramel pudding (75 g)
2:33 • 2 tablespoons cornstarch
3:00 • 1 tablespoon butter
3:03 • 8 g vanilla sugar
For the chocolate ganache:
3:33 • 70 g of dark chocolate
3:36 • 125 g of chocolate cream
Decoration:

Hola, la quiero hacer este domingo que es el día de la madre, pero podría sustituir el café por zumo de naranja???? Y como no tengo sobre de pudin... Quedaría bien una crema pastelera???? Muchas gracias. La receta me parece estupenda.
