I workout twice a week with a partial sew in. I alwsys wear my hair in two low bantu knots with a nicole ari parker gym wrap headband that ties. Works like a dream. Wait at least 1.5 hours after workout to take off the headband. Brand matters. Nicoles regular gym wrap really holds down the leave out. Hats make me sweat more. Other tie head bands like by nike help but gym wrap is best
