It's so sad that Xiumin is so underrated in dancing...He is a lead dancer but I seriously consider him more then that. Imo main dancer isn't just great dancing skills its the whole performance. Facial expressions/Charisma/technique/the ability to entertain and involve the crowd. The energy Xiumn puts into 99% of his performances is something to be admired and something not many can keep up for long. It really is my wish that they let him be main dancer for at least 1 year before he has to serve.

They don't hide him behind, depending on the choreo he can be in front, then back, and then in front again. Many of the choreos bring him to the front in the last moment, or at least in the second row.
He's been showing to everyone how talented he is in every performances they had. How he dance smoothly to every beat. All the moves, facial expressions and his angelic voice well always be seen when he is performing. I know SM is not giving a good eye on him so as a fan we should keep on supporting him. It doesnt matter if SM is not giving him a lot of opportunities what matters the most is that we his fans will keep on showing how we love and adore him. That we appreciate all his efforts because we love, cherish and support him until the end.
Ahh... I miss you so much Minseok.. After Exploration yesterday, I just realized how seeing you smile can really brighten my day.. Hope you'll come back soon and hope SM will give you more chance to be in the front. You can do everything and I am sad the reason you're not the main dancer is solely because of body proportion and height. But we elsas know how talented and precious you are, and we will keep supporting you no matter what.. T__T
