Discs need to be changed at the same time rear set or front
mercedes engineers had the uncanny ability to design brake pads that don't fit over the whole rotor on some models leaving a rounded edge making it impossible to not have to use new rotors every time you change your pads I'm pretty sure b200 class is ok but be sure to check your rotors for wear around the outer edge if there's a lip ,change your rotors as well or you are in for a very loud braking system 😉.
