I haven't tried any rubber strap on this one. The lug width is 20mm.

You don't need to remove links to adjust the Strap Length. Just you change the Spring bar in the clasp and change the hole to another hole. Super easy

That will work for maybe 8" wrist. Mine is 7" :D
