Just drag all of the paper clips into one pile and slide it into the cup at the end of the surface. If you don't want to do that, then just on that surface make a pile then slide as much as you can into the cup and pick up the rest

Never put tooth paste on your phone. Use rubbing alcohol or a screen wipe instead. Tooth paste can and will damage your phone. Use common sense.
