Shelby American announced, this week, their new car, the newest generation of their iconic nameplate, the GT500 King of the Road (KR). Autologic sat down with all of the big names from Shelby American, Ford Motor Company, and Craig Jackson of Barrett-Jackson to talk about the history of the KR, to discuss Shelby and Ford heritage, charity, and the newest generation of the GT500KR.
The first 2022 Shelby GT500KR, Vin #001, will be sold at Barrett-Jackson, Scottsdale, January 22-30 with the proceeds benefitting both the Carroll Shelby Foundation and the Juvenile Diabetes Research Fund (JDRF).
