Hi Max. I'm on the tour. Beautiful home. Love the Master Suite, the high ceilings in the living room and the catwalk. Not to fond of the handrail. I would definitely change that. Overall I love it!

Max I am using you as my realtor!! Our home inspector didn’t go to check the roof. That he didn’t want to risk his life to check the roof. Guess what we signed the papers bought the house and the roof was leaking
Max why was there a wire running from the alarm wall mounted system to a light switch plate in the utility room???? That can't be something that is considered an "upgrade".
The buyer certainly will not get all they should. Fortunately, the buyer selects the inspector and if the buyer does not like the policy, there are plenty of licensed, experienced and well respected inspectors locally that will do it right.

I am not quite sure what was going on there but those type of upgrades can easily be corrected one the home is under contract. Thanks for tuning in !
