Chilwell might fully be considered World Class soon as he's arguably top 5 in his position. Other than Alphonso Davies, Robertson, there is nobody that stands out as much better than him. Although, there is a general weakness in lack of great LB's these days as Chilwell isn't far ahead of Alonso. The 6th-10th best RB's on the other hand are just as good as the top 5 left backs..
