Consider a scenario when team wants to develop terraform templates for 3 environments (Dev, Non-prod, Prod) and want to mantain 3 different state files on Azure cloud. How can this be best achieved?
hai i am getting initialisation error and giving the error as terraform initialised in an empty directory. can u please suggest me how to resolve this.

how to create some resources without deleting previous resources, like first I run terraform it created a resource group "resource-group-009" and 2nd time I run terraform, It should create new resource "resource-group-010", without deleting "resource-group-009"
