Oh my god! This really helped me emotionally process my fear regarding being a new grad and applying for my first RN job. I felt so heard and seen. That is on my "one day" to-do list. I personally don't have experience there, so I'd have to vet and outsource that, which would be a large and expensive undertaking, but I genuinely would like to one day!
