nba street 2 was pretty much the best bball game -- the most fun and at the time AND1 was at its prime. A true game for the movement!!

Man I remember I use to go to the mall just to go to the arcade room to play Run and Gun 2. The crossovers was overpowered but it was fun. Now and days games gotten so real that they become a bit boring.

@@NotGeoWild_ I wish 2K never gave up fighting EA for exclusive right to the NFL. I liked NFL 2k series better than Madden. 2k engine was just superior in every way, especially the camera angles and gameplay sliders.

@@NytronX That game was innovative in the Dreamcast. I bought a Dreamcast just to play that game after I played the demo in a Funkoland (Gamestop now). My favorite is NFL2k5 with Terrell Owen's as an Eagle. They took all thr best elements of the past 2k's.

The only game you are missing is double dribble for the NES. That is one of the best game ever. I forgot about NBA Jam that was the best arcade game.

The biggest fall off in gameplay was NBA LIVE 04 to 05, it’s like they added all star weekend and trashed everything else. 04 was so fluid compared to 05
That was around the time EA was focusing on Madden more than basketball because the NBA2k series was taking over. It was their feeble attempt at keeping up with thr competition.

In my opinion, graphics haven’t improved much at all since the PS3/X360 generation (while that seemed like the biggest leap from any directly preceding generation). Not just for basketball / sports games….One argument today would be the latest God of War or Halo installments which to me looked almost just as good on PS3/X360.
So PS5 matches graphically with the PS3/X BOX?? WHAT DRUGS ARE YOU ON DUDE? Play God of War 2018(PS4) to GOW- Ragnorok (PS5). I was BLOWN AWAY (WHAT A SEQUEL AND WHAT A GAME)
