@@MansaQueen Followed your recipe but improvised a bit with an inexpensive wallyworld Chocolate Cake mix, 80% Cacao chips, and some caramel pieces cut up. Tried putting course sea salt on half of the batch, which I liked better than without the sea salt. Now, I just need to wash the dishes. Funny how the dishes magically get clean when she's home. lol...
I was not aware that they put less product in the box of cake mix. But I notice that a lot of products are doing that since the pandemic. But this recipe looks so good, and you know I’ll be making it lol. 👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼❤️

What is it that has your confidence low? Is it just inexperience or did you have a traumatic experience? I lit my single moms apartment up when I was 5 yrs old because I was so impatient & as most kids I didn’t have impulse control so I wanted those fish sticks outa the oven NOW while my mom walked a few blocks to 7-11 for milk right quick, so I paced the floor for a few then I ran to bathroom grabbed half a box of the soft flat Kleenex nose tissues to use as an “oven mit “cuz I couldn’t reach adult things - well sure Enuf that stack of Kleenex touched the hot coils in the oven & went up in flames 🔥 so what’d I do? I threw it over the linoleum onto the CARPET & linoleum met & it was terrifying, I knew my cat & I were going to die & I couldn’t find any water anywhere-I screamed for help & neighbors told me to STFU ! This was Reno NV - Circa 1986 , TG I wasn’t raised there . Although maybe I would’ve turned out better. I remember my mom running faster than I’d ever seen her & she tossed a GIANT jug of water on the fire that I didn’t or couldn’t see during the sitch because of panic & neither my mom nor me remember filling that random jug up with water for any reason. Anyways Thankfully I was raised rurally by a single mom & no siblings & always have had a sweet tooth so I became very self sufficient .
