Crazy how he can come to this country and probably not even speak English and do all of this… But then there are people in America, who are born here with all the privileges and all the capability and still say they can’t make it.
When PJ speaks, I listen. Yes, more of this type of content would be fantastic! I appreciate you giving back to the community like this as I never learned this growing up
Very insightful. Thank you for sharing. If I ever happen to make lots of money and feel tempted to splurge, I will use this video as a reminder to do it the sustainable way.
Masterclass PJ. Financial efficiency is a term I use, what percentage of my income ends up being part or my total Networth. My networth have to grow month by month in value or in quantity the existing assets. Compounding Equity is the way to go. My house, my cars, my watches, my business and my investments we all are working together on a common goal networth creation/ equity. This have to be one of the best videos you have done. A 20 years old that see this video should be thankful. Thank you.
Thank you very much for all this value Pj. Content like this from time to time would really be top notch. This logic even applies to us in France with a different financial system for leasing and financing.
this entire presentation about “equity position” should be common sense to… 1. buy not rent assets 2. buy assets at their value (not overpay) that will appreciate higher (or depreciate slower) 3. can park your cash in these assets to use for future assets 4. this will build your credit for future assets
Absolutely more of this high valued content and mind growth knowledge with experience in Finance it's worth the Investment and Equity in Listening Learning and Implementing these Systems and Strategies
Masterclass for free this was perfect. Its like buying 2016 Lamborghini for $225,000 while someone with an allocation buys a 2025 Lamborghini for $240,000. Thanks PJ
There was a great video that better illustrates real life examples of how money works. I'd love more of these types of lessons that teach finance from a practical and actionable way vs text book perfect scenarios that don't exist in regular people's lives.
i know all about HELOCs and title loans; but hearing it this way, i realize i didnt really understand it from this view point. damn you really took us to college with this one Professor G. thank you for the lesson
Best video you’ve done PJ IMO. One of my main businesses is also educating those who want to learn about the mechanics and psychology of investing.. no one else is going to do it if we don’t.
Excellent video. 100% agree. Building wealth through equity is also more tax efficient as you don't pay tax until you sell. And if you hold for longer than a year, rather than income tax, it'll typically be subject to long term capital gains tax, which is typically lower (for now at least). Or you could also 1031 exchange the property and defer taxes.
I LOVED this video. The idea of equity in liabilities is mind blowing and NEVER discussed. I also like your transparency in discussing long term wealth building vs just a quick cash play. I definitely would love to see more long term format teaching videos like this from you. It really shows how to play the game to win long term. Thats what I'm looking for, how do I build a business/asset portfolio that can support a $500k or $1M per year lifestyle for decades and continue to grow it?? THAT is the carrot I'm chasing.
Really enjoyed this video. One of the key takeaways PJ is saying too is the steps up can feel a little painful at times as you take the step. But as long as its a step in equity positioning, it far outweighs the short term cash crunch feeling. I just went through a big step increasing equity (net worth) through real estate and increased my equity position almost 4x in two years. I also have a couple of paid for semi exotics, one being a 997.1 manual, guards red, with factory aerokit (rare rare rare). So now I have assets, that if there is a cash crunch, could be sold, and the equity, if RE were to go up 10% would be more than 600% of my full years salary at my first job out of college. No where near what I would consider rich but its definitely a long term journey and yes cash is the gas to keep things running, but equity is the car.
@@ExoticCarHacks I’m on the waitlist for the WTA sale coming up, which is what you stated on one of your IG clips.that is what you said you would do if you had to start all over again. I appreciate all the wisdom you share!
What if you buy home for 5 million but it’s really worth 3 million. A lot of people think homes automatically go up in value regardless of the price that you pay. Can you explain a little bit about that?
correct this applies to all aspects as you have to know what to pay for cars, you should buy clearly in all asset classes. BUT Real estate historically over 10 years has always had up swings.
Maybe a video about how to become lendable when on paper you don't seem so. Become a lawyer or doctor all of a sudden? Its possible to have lots of money. Better than most, and still not be lendable in the eyes of the banks
Or just buy crypto like $hex went up 10,000x fastest than bitcoin and eth. $pls up 6x $plsx up 12x $inc up 25x in 3 months. Best be dollar cost average buy in.

I love how this tutorial on wealth building is a low key roast on expose on scammers like Wes watson😂
scammers roast themselves with real dumb behavior above their mental pay grade. I dont need to roast them, their stupidity does that for itself.
