  • QUESADILLAS DE TINGA
    Ingredients: TINGA
    1 cup diced tomato
    1 glass LA COSTEÑA DICED JALAPEÑOS
    ¼ onion cut in half moon slices
    1 tetra wedge LA COSTEÑA TOMATO SAUCE
    1 tbsp salt
    2 shredded chicken breast
    Sour cream
    Oaxaca cheese
    Lettuce
    LA COSTEÑA GREEN MEXICAN SALSA
    LA COSTEÑA SALSA TAQUERA
    Ingredients: TORTILLAS
    1 tsp salt
    1 tbsp oil
    1 tsp chicken broth powder
    4 cups of masa de maiz
    2 ½ cups water
    Tinga Instructions:
    In a pan over medium-low heat add oil when oil is hot add onion in half moon slices, diced tomato,1 glass of LA COSTEÑA DICED JALAPEÑOS,1 tbsp and 1 tbsp salt. When your sauce starts to boil add the shredded chicken and LA COSTEÑA TOMATO SAUCE and let it boil for about 5 minutes!
    Tortillas Instructions:
    In a bowl add 4 cups of masa, 1 tbsp salt, 1 tbsp oil, 1 tsp chicken broth powder and 2 cups of water. Mix everything with your hand so that it can be dissolved better make sure it’s soft and that it doesn’t stick to your hand. When you have your masa ready make balls, you are going to press them with the tortillas press, and then cook them. The way you know when your tortilla is ready is when they start inflating. Once you have your tortillas and tinga ready you are going to start preparing your quesadillas. In a tortilla add queso oaxaca then add the tinga. You are going to fry them in oil to give it a better flavor. You have the choice to add sour cream and lettuce. I recommend that you accompany your quesadillas with LA COSTEÑA GREEN SAUCE or LA COSTEÑA SALSA TAQUERA! ENJOY!!!
