i just priced $950 in parts for 304ss exhaust for the '59 apache i'm building for a customer. can't imagine what Ti costs. :O would be fun to weld tho.

OK, but when is Tony going to lose pounds ? 😉 Can only take so much off the car. Reducing seat weight is also a good idea. I can't afford titanium so I am dieting like a motorcycle, down 12# since Jan 1st.
My leg is already TITanium and every bolt I can find in my S-10 as well and some 7071 aluminum in non structural areas. Saved over 60lbs. so far

For the size of them Titanium resonators, are they just hollow tubing? Same as what design the slp loudmouth 1s use empty can that opens up diameter.
Um calling 3inch straight thru pipes an exhaust is a stretch but there was a change in sound as far as tone goes at least from what we can hear thru the camera I'm sure its different in person. Sweet welds though. Personally I prefer the titanium but its more because of durability and appearance than weight savings. Hopefully we will see the Mare hanging the front hoops again soon.

Have you ever thought about switching the rear Spoiler to the Cobras version whale tail might help at higher speeds, I can remember building the Prototype Spoilers and other Cobra parts ,just wondered if it might have better Aerodynamics . Titanium Exhaust has better sound
