Just take the same wooden board, drill in the middle of it with the bigger diameter and use that board with the new hole as a guide to make your old hole bigger.
Hi, I had a similar problem but didn’t have space for this solution, I need basically a 65 Dia hole opening up to 75mm, I ended up cutting some holes in some scrap wood at 65 and leaving them on the drill bit, they then acted as a guide for the 75mm. I haven’t seen this solution on UA-cam. If you like the idea would be great to see a video as your Chanel will have a greater reach.
Brilliant tip to run the drillin reverse! I had to enlarge by 4mm....and it worked. I didnt use a jig. I attached two hole saws to the drill arbour as shown in other videos. But the jig is a top tip too if enlarging multiple holes. Thanks for sharing.
