Moretto Flowmatik - Automatic Airflow Management

Flowmatik is an automatic integrated distribution system of the process air for the multi-hopper systems. It is an auto adaptive system that gives the exact process air quantity to the single hoppers in process, calculated basing on the polymer type and production.
The automation is centred on a close loop system that, thanks to a flow rate measurement instrument, totalizes the necessary airflow to synchronise the dryer capacity to the hopper request. It is furthermore equipped by an anti-stress system, that thanks to some sensors, is able to maintain constant the polymer thermal gradient preventing the thermal stress and the viscosity variation because of the overtime treatment.
