    Children must not buy food on the street, foreign spaza shop must closed. At least school must have tuck shop in sides that is checked.

    Not only vendors at schools. Foreign owned soaza shops must also be closed and the factories they stock from, must also be shut down. Enough is enough. We are in a biological warfare and our government cannot continue turning a blind eye. Then all new spazas must be regulated and reserved for South Africans.

    Bar vendors with a distance restriction 500 meters etc. Then, provide 2 or 3 (School size dependent inside the school and keep the department education and health inspectors assigned to the school or district responsible. Certain areas in life must be protected/policed specifically where you entrust government with your most precious gifts.
