Back when we purchased this house in late April, we named it Gladys....it was the name of the rode it was on and we weren't in favor of calling it "junkie house," which is what it was....like, we found drugs while cleaning it out. 😬
This was a risky buy for us because there were over $100k in fees on top of the $134 purchase. But we knew that this house could be a huge profit flip, so we took that risk. 🤞🏻

After 3 months of interesting surprises along the way (we learned a lot on this one), we were able to turn something "junkie" into a beautiful, family home.
