Ok...getting so sick of this every year...
    Logic and common sense here...
This has been going on for decades...with the argument "the NBA is a different game"...that "certain" college players' skills don't "translate" to the next level.
I'm sorry, but if you dominate in a "lesser" league, and aren't given a chance at the next level...yet those that don't dominate in that lesser league, yet they are the ones drafted higher over you in that same next level...then maybe that "next level" is garbage and for lesser basketball players. Hence why the NBA product is horrible...and the same goes for the NFL. Seems like there's an agenda with how they shape the league.
And STOP with the BS, "they don't play defense"- NO ONE does in the NBA. And real athletes know- Athleticism is NOT just straight line speed and vertical leap....it also includes timing, hand eye coordination, agility, vision, awareness, broad jump, change of direction, strength, and power.

These three guys did nothing special during their college careers. When you are 7' tall, you will not always play against equal or better talent every night because we just don't have quality bigmen in NCAA. The all fit the mold of Alex Len, Frank Kaminsky, Jahil Okofar, Jakob Poeltl who dominate college mostly because of the system and bombed out in the NBA. The NBA wants players with a skill that will make up for their weakness either on offense or defense. If 58 GMS followed you closely through out they year and passed on you, you just don't got it.

I might have picked him with one of the final few picks in the 2nd round or as a free agent. He can score and rebound. Plus he has height which helps him on the defensive side of thing. He is not an NBA starter and not a regular 6th man either. He is situational player off the bench. Also there are guys in the NBA that are worse than him. As an undrafted free agent he is better than some of the other backup players in the NBA.

He is a skilled big man with good footwork and a good handle. Do you remember the Big Fundamental. He is actually more skilled than the Big Fundamental. His athleticism is also better than advertised. He has a very quick first step. The outside shot could improve over time and he could be an NBA starter in a few years. Drew stood out. I'm borderline shocked he didn't get picked up. Basketball is slowly getting like baseball from the standpoint that if you're playing in college, scouts almsot look at you like if you were that great you would have picked up out of high school (or 1 yr of college) and that's sad.

His shooting range is only reliable to about 18 feet and he is very limited with his back to the basket. Basically, he doesn’t have a position in the NBA.
