@@IzzyEatz I did get AAAA prime beef from a local abattoir that was local beef but I believe my Angus in this video comes from Alberta. Are we talking beef ribs or pork?😁
@@IzzyEatz Yes they are but they are my favorite! I like beef ribs over brisket most days. The Pork around here is pretty top notch though! That being said we don't get to buy it because it gets shipped to Japan and they pay 3X.

Yes sir we have Costco but typically best beef is Canadian AAA from Alberta. I get my beef locally from my supplier and it is Black Angus.
