      Suzanne thank you for watching my video and a lot of people forget in the excitement to add something to the foil wrap stage. Don't forget your butter! Some people don't use anything and some people use butcher wrap paper. Let me know how it goes eh!

    Did you decide which 500 gallon pit you're going to get? I'm leaning towards a primitive pits 500 gallon smoker trailer package.

      So am I John, for the price I don't think you can get better. Apparently they also flow test them and get a little more scientific than most. The tricky thing will be timing the sale of mine and the wait time on the new one.

      Yes sir we have Costco but typically best beef is Canadian AAA from Alberta. I get my beef locally from my supplier and it is Black Angus.

      @@IzzyEatz I did get AAAA prime beef from a local abattoir that was local beef but I believe my Angus in this video comes from Alberta. Are we talking beef ribs or pork?😁

      @@IzzyEatz Yes they are but they are my favorite! I like beef ribs over brisket most days. The Pork around here is pretty top notch though! That being said we don't get to buy it because it gets shipped to Japan and they pay 3X.
