Throw subspace into air then hit it with a shuriken then shoot with rocket

or hit with sword instead of shuriken (in the air) then shoot with rocket

it's from an accessory you get from the secret wizard achievement, you just have to use the slingshot pellet on the the thunder attack from the wizard to get a [+ COUNTERCAST].
