Crimes against a nine year old should carry a mandatory twenty year sentence.
Life Sentence working in The Sewer.
Violent crime against any innocent person, not just any young child, should carry a mandatory jail sentence between a year and life, depending on the severity of the harm being done. An old woman being punched in the face may suffer as much harm as a 9 year old child. Age discrimination against victims is not justified.
