Yeah you must have an earlier version security patch because you cannot access the apps in order to force stop the ones you need to bypass

@@ibggetsemani1206 that's a bit harder to explain because not every tcl phone is the same. One option you can try is once your in settings. Tap on apps and then default apps. Choose another default other than android setup. Even if it's not selected already. Some models that works to erase the Google account. The second option this also varies on models. But if you select privacy and have the option to search in the top right corner of the screen. Tap on that and type in battery. If it shows select select battery usage if available. Within there it should show Google play services in which you can force stop it then. It rather should be able

@@zackfreeman903 I tried both of those ways since to me they're similar to a Motorola phone. But they didn't work. I did find another way though I thought I wasn't going to be able to.

After Use Talkback Button to ON I get White screen Welcome to Talkback tutorial. If I try to use inverted L it tells me Voice Commands not available during Setup!
