Self confidence and a willingness to adapt to suit the occasions you'll find yourself in. The ability to think for yourself and make decisions is vital. Technical help from base is not always readily available. A willingness to travel is also needed. If you want/need to be home every night then get a job in a local shop !

been FSE for over 23 years and nothing said in this video comes even remotely close to key attributes required to truly make it in this type of a job, absolutely shocking..
