Hi, i intend investing in stocks platform like Bamboo and Trove for the long term, more like 10 years. I just want to leave the money and watch it grow. Though my biggest question is what if after ten years, these stocks platform like Bamboo or Trove have gone out of existence or are no longer available, how do i redeem my stocks/shares back?

It's a tough one to grapple with. Some stocks still return yields that are comparable in dollar terms but it's a long term market. If you're thinking long term, stick with the US stock market for now while we see where the Naira settles at

I buy stock directly on the floor of the stock exchange through ,my stock brokers, Coronation Securities Limited. Feel free to reach out to them . I am aware there are apps that help you invest but I wanted to buy the shares directly

Typically, stocks are traded on a public exchange, however private companies also sell shares directly to interested investors. A shareholder can sell shares they own to other shareholders. A company can also issue additional shares for sale on the public exchange. I hope this clarifies

That's because i didn't use an app to invest. I invested via my stock broker in Nigeria. You can invest via stock apps that provide access to the Nigerian stock market.
