Depends on the song. Something takes a longer time something takes a shorter time, but every song of mine comes from part of my history, my experiences and my feelings. If I just focus on the moment, it fills me with those feelings and then I vent those feelings through the words. Then it's just about listening to the song, and if it triggers that memory for me, then I know that's it.
And thank you for your recommendation. I definitely plan on doing lyric videos, but I haven't come up with an idea of what that might look like, but it's in the works.
