Shartimus want this figure to be the same height as in the comics were his like 7 feet tall, but in the movies his not that tall! His height is perfect

Man, Shart, you've made me love this figure again, after all the issues posted in other reviews. He, indeed, not perfect...but just good enough for me. Love that HD Shart videotography.

+Gabe Hey I'd recommend picking up the Marvel Legends one tbh. Too many issues with the figure arts one, especially considering the higher price point.
You had to get Bruce Banner, Hawkeye and Black Widow for the ML one, tho
+Shin Shun True but Thor is a really good figure and tbh looks better in the comparison. Banner is a pretty good figure in his own right and Widow and Hawkeye are decent enough and at worst work a good custom fodder. I think the 4 pack is a better value than the Figurearts Thor.
I ended up getting both and the marvel select version as well it's might sound strange but I wanted a MCU avengers team in all 3 scales

Honestly I think the scale is great. Cap is a human so he should be shorter than iron man and thor. Iron man is a normal sized human in a suit, so the suit would add a few inches, making him about as tall as thor.

I like the stocky build I'm just not pleased with the head sculpt ,I'm probably going to end up getting the marvel select Thor figure I like Thor to be tall I think it will fit well with my legends I just wish capes weren't made from plastic all the time its agrivating like with my man of steel movie masters figure the cape is annoying I'll probably end up just ripping or cutting the cape off and replacing it with some red fabric from Walmart or something.

I just got this figure second hand and it had been customized, the skin was painted and the cape was fabric with wire and I thought that was just the way it came lol

Why don't you review the Sh figuarts iron Man mark 43
I don't really consider the head not being able to look up a disappointment. All but one of the US Thor figures can't, and they have a more stiff plastic than his hair. The ab crunch being able to move so far back makes up for it to me. Also, I do like the more stocky build for Thor. I know it's not movie accurate, but it is character accurate, which matters more to me. I like the cape more than on Batman, because the side pieces are wider. I don't know how it compares to Superman though. But I am very happy with the big, sweeping cape. I do wish the armor piece on the ab joint could move more to allow a better crunch motion, but that doesn't bother me too much. I may be in the minority here, but I do like this slightly more than the Figma Thor. BUT you did a fantastic job with the review, man! I am ecstatic that you did a comparison to the Figma Thor. No other review I watched has done that so far. I was frustrated about that before getting the figure because I wanted to know how this one compared from a size perspective. So thanks!
Agreed. This covers my view of the figure. And having the Figma Thor, I think like another review, you have to consider the two Thors as they are: different costumes from separate movies, though one can still consider the built & design contrasts. I say, if you're a fan of he character, movie or otherwise, or fan of the import aesthetic, get both.
i just watched black swan last week, I think thor would love some parts and hate others.

I can't get behind the three piece caps and hair, it just looks really odd to me. I would rather have one piece without articulation.

I wasn't too impressed with this figure until you compared it to the other Thor figures. I'm still on the Legends figure a tad more than this one probably due to height... Great movie! "Just editing..."
The capes lately and headsculpts from SHF DC and MARVEL stuff have not impressed me. Excellent review bro!
cool video shartimus not a bad looking figure i like the alternate eyes and the alternate mjornir but with the height and price point i think id just rather just get the legends thor but i do like the cap but anyway keep up the awesome videos

His left leg came in the box off the joint and wouldn't stay attached. The slightest movement caused it to fall off. They failed on various levels on this one. Returned for a full refund including shipping.

Andy Raphael Depends which look of Thor you prefer b/w the Avengers 1 look or the Thor Dark World/Age of Ultron look. Functionality and articulation wise, if you want your Thor to be able to look up for flight poses, I suggest going for the Figma one
and the mark 43?
