Each baby is different . Either it was between lianna with divisha or divisha with lianna both are wrong equally.
When it comes to the case of divisha's late thoothing it was not considered that much offensive because each and every baby will have their first teeth at different months. Some may have it at 8 months some at 10 months, 9 etc.

Every baby is special for mom. I feel that soon after lianna, divisha had born so it's natural to spend more time with the new born. I think there comes a small distance between lianna and debina mam, i watched in many vedios she will mostly carry divisha. Its common because divi is younger to lianna. And its hard to be with two kids at a time. May be her time with divi is more so she can feel like she is more intelligent
